Morgan Furniture, established in 1999 as Wenling Fuxin Furniture Co., Ltd., began as an international high-end furniture customization business. Over the years, the company has undergone significant transformations and expansions:

• 2005: Transitioned into a production-oriented enterprise, opening a new 40,000 square meter factory with an output value of 100 million yuan.
• 2007: Established the company's headquarters office building, focusing on developing furniture suitable for the Chinese market through a domestic business unit.
• 2009: Launched the first Xiangxie series products designed for the domestic market.
• 2010: Established a domestic marketing center and expanded the factory area to 100,000 square meters of production space.
• 2012: Integrated the brand to form the Seine Palace Jue brand, introducing Luxury series and Champs é series products.
• 2015: Launched the Seine Palace Jazz Neoclassical J.W.CASA series products.
• 2016: Introduced the Seine Palace Jazz Neoclassical R.CASA series products.
• 2017: Introduced the Mouguan MG contemporary luxury series products.
• 2019: Integrated and expanded the factory area, reaching a production area of 200,000 square meters for various series of products.
• 2020: Launched D-FORM and RELUXFORM series products; the factory headquarters was renamed Changge Home Furnishings.
